Sometimes we all need that little bit of extra motivation or advice with our training & nutrition. Personal Training either once a month, once a week or more is a great way to stay motivated, deal with an injury, lose weight or simply stay focused helping you get the most out of your training.
Our Personal Trainers use their vast knowledge and experience to help you to achieve your goals however big or small. We are a small, friendly, private studio that has facilities and the time to really focus on the individual helping you progress through your fitness journey.
Prices range from £40 - £50 per hour (there are discounts for block bookings).
