Health and Wellbeing Day

On 27th January we’ll be taking the intensity down a little for our Health and Wellbeing morning.

There will be bookable morning and afternoon sessions of Pilates, Barre and Yoga classes. Postural assessments, outdoor mini-hikes, massage will also be on offer and the whole day will include some delicious and healthy food for lunch. Book in with one of the team.
