Sometimes we all need that little bit of extra motivation or advice with our training & nutrition. Personal Training either once a month, once a week or more is a great way to stay motivated, deal with an injury, lose weight or simply stay focused helping you get the most out of your training.

Our Personal Trainers use their vast knowledge and experience to help you to achieve your goals however big or small. We are a small, friendly, private studio that has facilities and the time to really focus on the individual helping you progress through your fitness journey.

Prices range from £40 - £50 per hour (there are discounts for block bookings).

Robyn has been training me for 5 months. She is extremely professional in her training programme that I am doing and has been very adaptable to both my lifestyle and well being. Great results in just a few months and more to go!

Nutrition and weight loss

Nutrition is an extremely important factor when looking to achieve any change in health and fitness. There are no quick fixes when it comes to eating healthy, our personal trainers sit down with you and talk through your goals to help organise your food diary for steady, efficient progress. Once you have reached your target we will review your food diary regularly to ensure you are on your way to maintaining a realistic and healthy lifestyle!

Physiotherapy and massage

It’s important to be fully functioning when taking part in any physical activity, this is why we have our very own on-site Sports massage team and Physiotherapists to help rehab you back from injury or simply just get the body moving pain free again. It’s all part of maintaining a healthy fully functioning body and being in the best condition you can be!

Trekking

Neil, the owner is a very keen climber and regularly organises trekking trips to mountains such as Snowdon, Scafell Pike & Ben Nevis along with the very challenging Three Peaks Challenge.

These can be done as part of an organised group or privately if you have a group of friends or work colleges needing a different challenge.It’s also great to focus your fitness as you’ll have a target to aim for.

bootcamps

If you need to kickstart your fitness or simply keep it going on the right tracks then a Bodychange Bootcamp is for you. Held once a month at Positive Lifestyle it’s a great way to try new exercises and give yourself a little fitness boost!!

Gym membership

At Positive Lifestyle we have a wide range of memberships to suit your needs ranging from a casual “pay as you go”, to gym only, through to the combined classes and gym option. We like to keep it flexible and friendly, there are no contracts with any of our memberships so no need to get tied into long term contracts. 

Classes

Working out with others is a great way to stay motivated so here at Positive Lifestyle we offer an extensive timetable of classes and specialise in small group training. Run by our Personal Trainers we offer a higher standard of training from Group Training in the gym, to Spin and HiiT, through to Yoga, stretch and mobility sessions, there’s something for everyone! Robyn is my personal trainer and although very young, she is brilliant! Robyn has taught me about the value of when to eat which foods (I did eat healthily before but it was the same thing most of the time) and to change and mix meats. We have a laugh which makes the gym side very enjoyable and it then doesn’t seem such a chore! I thoroughly recommend Positive Lifestyle to others.
